Search for each Log by barcode, view that it's the correct information on the Log, check the box and
move to the next Log that you have to search
When you Search for Logs by barcode it narrows the field for each letter or number typed, this is most
helpful when the barcode part of the Log is ripped or ruined
After you've checked all the for the Logs that match the update information, click 'Edit Selected'
and change the Location of those Logs
If the user has Company Portal Permissions for Logs, then they can also edit the Stock Level of the Logs
Update History
Like any other time that you update a Log, the system records the user that did the update & the time that
they did the update on their device
If you have the Log Tracking add-on for Logs, the system also records the previous state each of the
Logs including the last time they were updated before this, who updated it then, and the Stock Level
they were at that time
With this history you can track all your Logs from beginning to end and using Analytics you'll know
what Species, Grades, Locations, Sawyers, and Log buyers are the most profitable as well as the most
productive
Also if the user has the Log Tracking add-on they can change the current dollar value of the Log, it's
Grade (if it caught damage since the purchase etc.), as-well-as it's length and diameter (in case you had
to cut it back).
