Product Labels
- When a product is finished you can barcode tag it and know the product type and other info
- Barcodes can be typed in, entered using the scanner of your device, or you can buy separate equipment
- Created Labels can be exported and Printed via various Label printers (4 x 6)
- Our forestry & product tally system can automatically iterate the barcode labels and you can use any tag type or number you like
- Barcodes are optional but if you don't use barcode tags you can enter your own numbers in their place or take advantage of our easy LIFO / FIFO system
Measurements
- See a running total of the product count, board count, and volume while entering the lumber products from a separate device

Prices
- Set your prices ahead of time based on the Product Type and change them as needed
- Add 'bonus' monetary quantities to the load and the app divides it into each Product based on that Product's value towards the overall truck load
- Change individual Product Type prices for the truck load and it will change it for all Products matching those Types in that load
- Be the Tally Master and change Product prices as you build them or edit the prices after
User Accounts
- Separate account levels allowing managers to see entries in real time
- Yard employees can move products from place to place or change their stock level
- Only specified users allowed to remove lumber products and adjust values
- Keep your graders and lumbermen online to see their board and product entries in real time
- This Tally system works the best in the office and gives control to the office personnel to maintain and oversee with ease
Species / Grade / Thickness
- Our forestry system supports all Species / Grades / Thicknesses and ability to custom add, update, and delete Species / Grades / Thicknesses based on your needs
- Species / Grades / Thicknesses are used to show the specific boards required to create the various products
- While not required, these specifics are helpful in measuring input, output, and production margins
- Customize Species, Board Grades, Thicknesses and anything else specifically to what your company buys / sells / uses / creates
Time
- Time & date stamps make sorting and filtering your lumber product inventory with the date created or updated easy
- Time and date stamps allow you to make your own custom reports and see production results in real time as well as allow our analytics to find any lost profits
- Helps utilize your full Log & Lumber ERP software and adjust production before losses even occur
Load Management
- Creates individual Product Truck Loads received from yourself or a vendor you set up in the portal
- Tag the Products in the load and scan them into the system as you go or afterwards
- Lumber product loads can have custom numbers to match a driver receipt/load slip or we create one for you
- Customizable reports per load allowing you to omit information as needed (prices for truck drivers, etc.)
- Export customized reports in PDF or Excel while offline and out in the yard
Location
- Lumber products are tagged by location and can be checked into different yard(s)/warehouse(s)
- Products can be checked into different locations on your yard, kilns, or trucks
- Tag the products and print labels as they're built in the warehouse / factory and see stats on production in real time
- Use locations to keep track of product inventory with LIFO / FIFO easily and mass update products on the company portal as they're moved, consumed, sold, etc.
Product Management
- Creates individual products based on a setup you design (Lengths / Species / Grades / Thicknesses / etc.)
- Boards with specified count, size, etc. are attached to the products as you create them
- Adjust the Board count and BDFT by board type in each product as needed
- These products can be marked as complete as they're finished with new products automatically created using the same product specs
- When a product is finished you can tag and scan the barcode for it into the system

Pallet, Mat, Cabinet Building
- Create an individual product or several products based on a setup you design (Lengths/Species/Grades/Thicknesses/etc.)
- Speed enter Products while building them with minimal information (Product UPC / Name, etc.) or full detailed entry of boards, species, grades, etc. in the Product
- Board totals can be managed and adjusted per individual product as need
- This allows for a real time view of your production information as you tally with totals etc. and lets you see reports of production through any time period as well as saves each builder's products for you to compare
Product Tally
- Enter the standard information such as Barcode, Customer Order Number, Lumber Product UPC / Type, Location, Moisture Percentage, and Vendor
- Use the default board setup for the product (count, size, grade, etc.) and our tally system will create a product with the correct amount of correctly sized boards
- This system is ideal for product tallying, Timber Mats, Truck / Crane Mats, Pallets, Dunnage, and any other repeated lumber products so that you don't have to enter the full details
Cloud Backup
- While offline your device creates a list of items that need to be created, updated, and deleted
- You can see the list as you go so you always know where you left off in the sync process
- When you go online the system syncs all items and pulls down any information since the last time you were online
- Whether you're an Android, Apple, or Windows user, our apps work across all operating systems and their devices

Product Tagging

- Summary data can all be sorted as needed and graphs update as Loads come together
